(CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) – On November 23, 2012 at 3:50am, County of Wellington OPP officers stopped a 2005 Nissan driving erratically on Stone Road, in the City of Guelph. The male driver was spoken to and showed signs of impairment. He was administered a Roadside Screening Device test which resulted in a fail.
Joshua Van Dyk, age 26 of Woodstock has been charged with Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on December 21 2012 to answer to the charge.
