Joshua Miller – Drunk Driving

(GODERICH, ON) – A 28 year old male driver has been charged with Impaired Driving and Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol following an early morning traffic stop on Sunday, April 28, 2013. Shortly before 1:00 a.m. a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a red Ford Explorer on Suncoast Drive at South Street. Upon speaking with the driver the officer determined the driver was displaying signs that he was impaired by alcohol. He was arrested for impaired driving and later transported to the Huron OPP Detachment for breath tests. He provided two samples of his breath to an intoxilizer technician; both tests were above the legal limit.

Joshua MILLER, 28, from Goderich has been charged with Impaired Driving and Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. He has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on June 17, 2013. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and the motor vehicle has been impounded for seven days.
