(SOUTH HURON, ON) – On May 26, 2012 just after 3:00 a.m. a Huron County OPP officer stopped a black Chevrolet Equinox on Main Street South in Exeter.
Upon speaking with the male driver, the officer noted the driver had been drinking alcohol. Joshua GERBER, age 21, from Bluewater has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 milligrams of alcohol. A court date is scheduled for July 9, 2012 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension. LP12141628
