Joseph Wall – Drunk Driving

(ASHFIELD-COLBORNE-WAWANOSH, ON) – A black Dodge pickup truck without a working rear licence plate light caught the eye of an alert Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer late Saturday night. At approximately 11:15 p.m. on April 20, 2013 a Huron County OPP officer stopped a southbound pickup truck on Donnybrook Line near Belfast Road. Upon speaking with the driver the officer noted the driver had been drinking alcohol. A roadside screening test was completed which resulted in a fail. The driver was transported to the Huron Detachment where he provided two samples of his breath to an intoxilizer technician; both were over the legal limit.

Joseph WALL, 33, from Teeswater has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. He has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on May 13, 2013. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and the motor vehicle has been impounded for seven days.
