Joseph Topor – Drive While Suspended, No Insurance

(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – On May 11, 2012 just after 1:00 p.m. a Huron County OPP officer stopped the driver of a 125cc engine “Dirt Runner” motorcycle on Townsend Street in Clinton. The officer conducted a driver’s licence check that revealed the driver held a suspended licence. In addition, the dirt bike was not insured.

Joseph TOPOR, age 27, from Central Huron has been charged with three counts of Driver Under Suspension and Operate Motor Vehicle without Insurance. A court date is scheduled for July 3, 2012 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich. LP12124268
