(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On November 10, 2014 at 5:22 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call about a Blue Ford F150 travelling north bound on Highway 21 in Kincardine Township. Officers located the vehicle and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 58 year old Joseph PROKOPP of Tiverton has been charged with impaired driving, operate over 80 milligrams, dangerous operation and drive with open alcohol. He is scheduled to appear in court on December 8, 2014 to answer to the charges.
