(MORRIS-TURNBERRY, ON) – On August 25, 2012 at 8:18 p.m. two Huron OPP officers were on All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) patrol near Wroxeter when they stopped a Suzuki ATV on Brussels Line.
Officers spoke with the driver and were able to determine the green Suzuki Quadrunner was stolen. In addition, the ATV was not insured, unplated and the driver held a suspended driver’s licence.
Joseph McNICHOL, 37, from Listowel has been charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000, Drive Motor Vehicle – No Insurance, Drive Motor Vehicle – No plates and Drive While Under Suspension. He has a court date scheduled for October 18, 2012 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Wingham.
