(HURON EAST, ON) On Monday, November 7th, 2011 at 02:27am, a Huron County OPP officer observed a southbound All Terrain Vehicle on Kippen Rd. in Huron East. The ATV did not have proper working tail lights. The officer stopped the driver and determined the male driver had existing warrants for his arrest.
Further investigation revealed the 1985 Honda 250 SX All Terrain Vehicle had been reported stolen from Perth County. As a result, Joseph FLANAGAN aged 23 from Huron East, ON has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
FLANAGAN is currently in police custody with a court date to be determined.
