(ARRAN-ELDERSLIE TWP, ON) – On October 5, 2012 at 1:32 pm, members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) set up a RIDE checkpoint on the Grey Bruce Line north of Scone. At 2:24 pm, a Blue Chevrolet pickup truck stopped at the RIDE and officers found that the driver had been drinking alcohol.
55 year old Joseph CAVILL of Chatsworth Township has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on November 5, 2012 to answer to the charge.
