(TOWNSHIP OF WELLINGTON NORTH, ON) – On Saturday May 18, 2019 at approximately 2:00 p.m. a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was observed a vehicle driving erratically on Main Street in Mount Forest.
While speaking with the driver, police formed the opinion that they were impaired by alcohol. The driver was arrested and brought to a local OPP Operations Centre for further testing.
45-year-old Steven Joseph BROUWERS of Mount Forest has been charged with;
Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Impaired Operation – 80mg plus of alcohol per 100mL of blood.

Operating Motor vehicle while Disqualified
