Jordyn Horner – 143 in a 90

(HURON EAST, ON) – On September 16, 2012 at 10:22 a.m. a Huron County OPP officer was conducting moving RADAR patrol on McNaught Line near Walton Road when a beige Hyundai Accent was observed traveling southbound at a high rate of speed. The officer activated the RADAR and a speed of 143 km/h was obtained; 53 km/h above the posted 90km/h speed limit.

Jordyn HORNER, female, age 21, from Clinton has been issued a summons for “Race a Motor Vehicle”. She is scheduled to appear in Provincial Offences Act Court – Goderich on November 6, 2012. Her driver’s licence has been suspended for seven days and her motor vehicle has been impounded for seven days.
