(PUSLINCH TWP, ON) – On Sunday September 30, 2012 at approximately 11:40pm County of Wellington OPP officers were conducting RIDE spot checks on County 34 east of Townline Road, Puslinch Twp. At this time and location officers investigated the driver of a 2005 BMW that came upon the checkpoint. During the investigation police located a small quantity of marihuana, small quantity of cocaine and percocets.
Jordan Stewart aged 24 of Cambridge has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 grams, Possession of Schedule 1 – Cocaine, and Possession of Schedule 1 – Other Drugs contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on November 16, 2012 to answer to the charges.
