Jordan KUHAR – Drunk Driving

(LUCAN BIDDULPH, ON) – On November 24, 2016, at approximately 7:05 p.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint of a possible impaired driver travelling northbound on Richmond Street, in the area of Elginfield Road.

Officers located the vehicle, a white Volkswagen car, on Kent Street and determined that the 26-year-old male driver had been drinking alcohol. A roadside screening device was administered, and the driver registered a “fail”. He was placed under arrest, and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for further breath testing, which revealed he had consumed more than twice the legal limit of alcohol.

As a result of the police investigation, Jordan KUHAR, from Lucan Biddulph, Ontario, has been charged with driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear (PTA), and is scheduled to answer the charge in a London court on January 10, 2017.
