(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – On July 21, 2012 at approximately 2:20 a.m. a Huron OPP officer stopped a blue Ford Escape on London Road just north of Londesboro.
Upon speaking with the male driver, the officer noted the driver had been drinking alcohol. Jordan DYKSTRA, age 21, from Central Huron has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 milligrams of Alcohol and Young Driver – Blood Alcohol Concentration above zero. His court date is scheduled for August 20, 2012 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and the motor vehicle has been impounded for seven days.
