(PUSLINCH TWP, ON) On Friday, April 19, 2013 at approximately 8:11am, members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic Management Unit (TMU) were patrolling and conducting moving radar on McLean Road near Kerr Road in Puslinch Twp.
At this time and location Constable Henry Van Dyk observed a 2006 Honda Accord travelling well above the speed limit on the wet road. Police clocked the vehicle on radar at 121 km/h in a 60 km/h zone. His driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of 7 days as per statute
John SCHNEIDER aged 64 years of Guelph is charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. He is to appear in Guelph Court on June 5, 2013 to answer to this charge.
