(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Sunday June 10, 2012, shortly after 1 a.m. a Perth County OPP officer on patrol in Shakespeare conducted a traffic stop along Hwy 7/8 and found that the driver of the stopped SUV had been drinking alcoholic beverages. The driver failed a roadside breath test and subsequent Intoxilyzer breath tests at the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville.
John Schepers (30) of Guelph has been charged with “operation of a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of bloodâ€Â. He is scheduled to appear in Stratford Court on July 16, 2012, to answer to this charge.
