(PALMERSTON, ON) – On October 25, 2012 at 3:50pm County of Wellington OPP investigated a suspicious male party on a bicycle on William Street, Palmerston. The male was unco-operative and combative with police, refusing to identify himself.
As a result, John HEITKAMP age 50 of Palmerston was arrested and charged with Assault a Peace Officer, contrary to the Criminal Code. He was released on a Promise to Appear with a Guelph court date of December 10, 2012 to answer to the charge
