(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On October 28, 2012 at 1:48 am, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol saw a single vehicle crash at the east end of Durham Street in Kincardine Township. A Black Cadillac travelled east on Durham Street, through the intersection with Millennium Way, continued on through a fence and ended up in a farmer’s field. The driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. 25 year old Joel COURTNEY of Kincardine has been charged with Impaired driving and Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on November 26, 2012 to answer to the charges. There were no injuries reported at the crash.
