Jessica NIGH – Drunk Driving

(LONDON, ON) – On April 12, 2018, at approximately 11:00 p.m., a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was on general patrol on Westminster Drive, City of London.

The officer observed a vehicle with inoperative safety equipment and traffic stop was initiated. The officer determined that the 28-year-old, female, driver of the vehicle had consumed alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to a police station for further testing.

As a result of the police investigation, Jessica NIGH, of St. Catherines, Ontario has been charged with Driving While Ability Impaired and Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC).

The accused is scheduled to appear in a London court room on May 9, 2018 to answer to the charges.
