(BRUCE TWP, ON) – On September 8th, 2011 at 11:31 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a report of a single vehicle crash at the intersection of Side road J1 and Concession 2, Bruce Township. Officers arrived to find that a Silver Volkswagen had left the roadway and crashed into a house at the north east corner of the intersection. The driver had been drinking alcohol and was taken to hospital for treatment of minor injuries sustained in the crash.
40 year old Jeremy DOWLING of Tiverton has been charged with Impaired driving, Operate over 80 milligrams and Dangerous driving. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial court on October 31st, 2011 to answer to the charges.
