(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Sunday October 03, 2010 at approximately 1:15 a.m. an OPP officer on patrol observed a vehicle failing to signal for a turn at Inkerman St. E. and Nichol Ave N. in Listowel. The female driver of the vehicle had the odour of an alcoholic beverage on her breath and was subsequently given a roadside breath test which she failed. The driver was transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville where she provided breath samples resulting in readings of over .80 mgs. on the Intoxilyzer.
Jennifer Moore (34) from the Municipality of North Huron was charged with operating a motor vehicle while having in excess of 80 milligrams of blood alcohol content. She was also charged with operating a motor vehicle with no licence. She is to appear in Criminal Court on November 24, 2010 at the Elma Community Centre in Atwood. She was served a 90 day drivers licence suspension.
