On Friday, October 12, 2012 at 9:10 p.m., Guelph Police observed a female in an altercation on Carden Street, Guelph. The female was spoken to and arrested when it was found that she was in breach of two terms of her recognizance of bail.
Jennifer HOY 27 years of Guelph was charged with two counts of Breach Recognizance and held for a Bail Hearing.
