(SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On Friday October 11, 2013 between 11:00p.m. and 12:00a.m., officers from the Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) check in South Bruce Peninsula. A male driver was stopped and found to have been drinking. He failed a roadside test for alcohol impairment and was arrested and charged with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
Jeffrey BROCKELBANK, 25 years old of Grey-Highlands, was released on a Promise to Appear at the Owen Sound Court on October 31, 2013 at 9:30a.m. to answer to the charges.
