Jason Wall – Drive While Suspended, Fail To Stop

(GUELPH, ON) On Saturday September 21, 2013 at approximately 8:10pm Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers observed a vehicle traveling southbound on the Highway 6 in the City of Guelph. It exited at Wellington Street and the 2007 Honda failed to stop at an amber light for the intersection at Wellington Street West and Highway 6. The investigation revealed that the male driver was suspended from driving in Ontario, and was also bound by conditions on a Recognizance Order which were breached.

Jason Wall age 43 of Guelph, is charged with Fail to Comply with a Recognizance contrary to the Criminal Code, Drive While Under Suspension and Failing to Stop at an Amber Light contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal court on October 25, 2013.
