(KINCARDINE, ON) – On April 13th, 2012 at 12:49 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Queen Street, Kincardine stopped a Blue Saturn. The officer noted that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 23 year old Jason MCGAHEY of Hamilton has been charged with Impaired operation and Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial court on June 4th, 2012 to answer to the charges.
