(KINCARDINE, ON) – On June 9th, 2012 at 11:49 am, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Princes Street, Kincardine stopped a Grey GMC pick up truck. The officer found that the driver’s licence was suspended. 52 year old James VAHEY of Kincardine Township has been charged with Drive while suspended, Unauthorized licence plates and Drive with no insurance. He is scheduled to appear in provincial court on August 21st, 2012 to answer to the charges.
