(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – On February 3, 2013 at approximately 5:00 p.m. a Huron County OPP officer stopped two All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV’s) that were travelling across Victoria Street onto Railway Street in Clinton. The officer completed driver’s licences checks on both male drivers and determined one of the drivers had a suspended licence.
As a result, James TRUCKLE, 24, from Central Huron has been charged with Driving While Suspended. He has a court date scheduled for Provincial Offences Court Goderich on March 5, 2013.
