(ASHFIELD-COLBORNE-WAWANOSH, ON) – On February 6, 2012 at approximately 1:15 p.m., a Huron OPP officer on patrol along Nile Road stopped a westbound Chevrolet Silverado travelling at a high rate of speed. Upon speaking with the driver, the officer discovered the driver had a suspended licence. Further investigation also revealed the pickup truck was not insured.
James STIRLING, age 25, from Huron East, ON has been charged with Drive while under Suspension, Operate Motor Vehicle without Insurance and Speeding. He is scheduled to appear in Ontario Provincial Court – Goderich on April 3, 2012 to answer to the charges. The pickup truck was impounded for seven days as per statute.
