(BRANT TWP, ON) – On July 15, 2013 at 10:31 pm, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Durham Street East in Walkerton stopped a Red Mercury Grand Marquis. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 68 year old James SLOAN of Brockton has been charged with Impaired driving and Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on August 19, 2013 to answer to the charges.
