(ST.MARYS, ON) A traffic stop on Wellington St., shortly after 1:30 a.m. on Saturday May 29, 2010, resulted in a Perth County OPP officer arresting the driver for impaired driving. The driver was transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment where the driver registered over .80 mgs. on the Intoxilyzer.
James Millar (34) of Stratford was charged with impaired operation and exceeding 80 milligrams of blood alcohol content. He is to appear in criminal court on July 05, 2010 at the Stratford court house. He has also been served a 90 day drivers licence suspension.
