Jacqueline MOHR – Drunk Driving

(WEST PERTH, ON) – Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a 42 year old female driver with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams following a traffic stop on January 11, 2014. At approximately 10:10 p.m. a Perth County OPP officer observed a Chevrolet Venture van turn east onto Highway 8 from Road 168. The van was later stopped at the west end of Mitchell to complete a sobriety check on the driver.

Upon speaking with the female driver it was noted she had been drinking alcohol. A roadside screening test was completed which the driver failed. She was arrested at the scene and was transported to the Stratford Police station for breath tests. Two samples of her breath were provided to an Intoxilizer Technician. Both samples were above the legal limit.

As a result, Jacqueline MOHR, 42, from West Perth, has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. She has a court appearance scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Stratford on February 24, 2014. She received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and her motor vehicle was impounded for seven days.
