Is Wingham Town Hall’s Flag At Full Mast A Sign Of Disrespect, Ignorance, Or In Support Of Hatred

Flags across Canada have been flying at half mast out of respect for the victims in Quebec. A quick search online will show that all of Canada is showing their support by lowering their flags.

As of the morning of 02Feb2017, the flag flying at Wingham Town Hall is still flying high. Many view this as extremely disrespectful. As you can see in the photo, the respectful folks at the Post Office in Wingham have lowered OUR flag there.
