During the month of July, an officer assigned to the Criminal Investigations Unit identified evidence linking individuals with graffiti that has been painted on the former Strathcona School Building. The Community Oriented Response and Enforcement Unit (CORE) continued the investigation and identified 4 persons responsible for graffiti at the building. A 19 year old Owen Sound woman has been charged with Mischief under $5000 and will appear in court on August 1st to answer to the charge. Three youths were also identified as committing mischief and all three have been diverted to extra judicial measures under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
