INTOXICATED MAN ARRESTED FOR MULTIPLE THEFTS
(KINCARDINE, ON) On March 24, 2013 at 8:42 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a suspicious male at the Boston Pizza in Kincardine. The man was intoxicated and wanted to use the phone. When the call was finished, he tried to take some knives as he left the restaurant. Officers searched the area for the man and found that he had been stealing from other businesses. At 10:10 pm, he was located walking along Queen Street in Kincardine carrying a large duffle bag. 31 year old Nicholas DIDYK of Etobicoke has been charged with 10 counts of Theft under $5,000 and 9 counts of Possession of property obtained by crime. He was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for March 25, 2012 at 2:00 pm.
