(CHESLEY, ON) – On August 31st, 2011 at 6:22 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a complaint about a highly intoxicated male on 1st Avenue South in Chesley. Officers located the intoxicated man riding a bike along the street. 53 year old Bartley FLAHERTY of Chesley was arrested and charged with Public intoxication. He was held in custody for the night.
