Intoxicated Males

Date: Thursday, December 19, 2013 – 11:00pm
Barrie Police were called to Grove and Duckworth St for a report of two males wandering in traffic and threatening to shoot” motorists.

Police arrived and found two heavily intoxicated 19 yr old males who then were arrrested for being intoxicated in a Public place and transported to the Barrie Police Service.

It became apparent neither males had any weapons and were simply trying to intimidate motorists by putting on a “gangster” demeanor.

One of the males was found to be in violation of his curfew and was also charged with failing to comply with his recognizance and was held for a bail hearing.

Both males will be cautioned for their behaviours when sober.”
