(BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On Friday April 4, 2014 at 12:20 am, an intoxicated male called the Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) to report that he was on conditions not to drink alcohol.
Officers located the intoxicated man and verified that he was breaching his release conditions by drinking alcohol.
19 year old Jesse MOORE of Keppel Township was arrested and charged for Fail to comply with undertaking. He was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for April 4, 2014 at 2:00 pm.
