Police responded to Johnsons Beach around 9pm on Tuesday after receiving a report of a male passed out on the beach surrounded by empty tall boy beer cans. Officers attended and woke the 34 year old male who immediately became belligerent while attempting, but not successful on standing on his own due to his intoxicated state. The male was held until sober.

After spending the day with drinking with his parents a 54 year old male was attempting to board a bus travelling back to Toronto. However due to his intoxicated state the driver refused to let the male board. After forcing his way onto the bus and refusing to exit the driver contacted police. Officers removed the male from the bus and transported him to the station for the night.
