On January 7, 2014 at 2:25 a.m., the Guelph Police attended to a Martin Avenue residence to investigate someone trying to enter the locked front door. Police arrived to find an intoxicated female passed out in the snow. A 20-year-old female was taken to Guelph hospital to ensure her safety. It was determined that the female had mistakenly tried to enter the home and no charges were laid.
