On September 2nd, 2015, at 2:00 pm., a male was observed near the Cenotaph on King Street in Preston, engaged in an indecent act, which was witnessed by several members of the public. Police are looking to identify the male. Male white, 60-70 years old, thing build, wearing a green hat, an opened grey shirt and pants. Anyone with any information regarding the identity of the male are encouraged to contact Waterloo Regional Police at 519-653-7700 ext. 2299.
