On Thursday April 24, 2014 at approximately 4:10 PM, an unidentified male was observed on the in the area of Morgan Avenue, in the City of Kitchener touching himself inappropriately in public. The male is described as Caucasian, early 40s, 200-215lbs, brown short hair, wearing a purple track jacket with white stripes down the sleeves, a purple t-shirt with a white logo on the front, and grey sweatpants. The vehicle driven by the male is described as a black sedan possibly a Grand Prix or Impala.
