On July 10, 2014, Waterloo Regional Police arrested a 23 year old Waterloo man in relation to the indecent act incident at Wilfrid Laurier University. He will be appear in Kitchener court on July 11, charged with committing an indecent act and criminal harassment. Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate with the assistance of the University’s Special Constable Service. On July 8 at approximately 5:00 a.m., a male was observed engaging in an indecent act in a common area at Wilfrid Laurier University, Waterloo Campus. The male also followed two female university employees in a suspicious and concerning manner. Waterloo Regional Police are actively investigating this incident and working with the University’s Special Constable Service to identify the person responsible.
