Increase in Property-Related Crimes to East End Commercial Residences – Do You Recognize This Person?

The east end of London has seen an increase in break and enters and other property-related crimes in relation to commercial premises recently. The targeted areas have been on Pacific Court and Dundas Street East. There have been seven break and enters between June 4th and June 11th, 2016 (typically between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. ) In the majority of the incidents, glass was broken to gain access to the businesses and the individuals targeted a variety of items including electronics.

Police are searching for suspects in relation to these incidents.

One possible suspect was described as – Male/white, approximately 30 years old, 6 feet tall, thin build, scruffy beard, black baseball hat with orange D” on the front of the cap. (see attached images)

Anyone with information in relation to these incidents is asked to call the London Police Service at (519) 661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Information can also be sent in on-line anonymously to www.londoncrimestoppers.com.

The Crime Analysis Unit of the London Police Service detected this pattern using analytical software purchased using a grant from the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services.
