(CARRICK TWP, ON) – On December 2, 2105 at 2:13 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a Red Dodge Grand Caravan driving into a road construction site along Side road 21/22 in Carrick Township. Officers arrived to find that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Thirty-six-year old Nichole PANOS of West Grey Township has been charged with dangerous driving, impaired driving and operate over 80 milligrams. She is scheduled to appear in court on January 4, 2016 to answer to the charges. None of the road crew members reported being hit by the van.
