On September 3, 2016, at approximately 9:15 pm, a 25 year old Waterloo man lost control of the motor vehicle he was operating and drove onto the sidewalk at the corner of Albert Street and Seagram Drive in Waterloo. The vehicle was flipped onto its roof as a result. The lone male was arrested at the scene and charges are pending.
