(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – On December 17, 2016, at approximately 8:40 p.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received reports of an erratic driver travelling westbound on Ilderton Road.
Officers located the motor vehicle, a white GMC sport utility vehicle (SUV), stopped on Ilderton Road, near Bear Creek Road.
A roadside screening device was administered, and the 22-year-old female driver registered a “fail”. She was placed under arrest, and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for further breath testing.
As a result of the police investigation, Tiffany KING, from London, Ontario, has been charged with care or control over 80 mgs, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear (PTA), and is scheduled to answer the charge in a London court on January 31, 2017.
