On December 27, 2015 at approximately 2:40 a.m., a motor vehicle collision occurred on Victoria Street North near Centennial Road in the City of Kitchener. A vehicle travelling Southbound on Victoria Street North crossed into the Northbound lanes and collided with a Northbound vehicle. The 2 Kitchener residents of the Northbound vehicle were taken to hospital via ambulance with minor injuries. The male driver of the Southbound vehicle was not injured. The investigation is still ongoing. As a result of the collision Victoria Street was closed in both directions for 3 hours. A 43 year old Kitchener male was charged with Impaired Related charges and careless driving.
