(LONDON, ON) – On September 15, 2018, at approximately 1:00 a.m., a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Exeter Road, City of London
The officer determined that the 26-year-old male, driver of the vehicle had consumed alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to a police station for further testing.
As a result of the police investigation, Cameron MCEVOY, of Adelaide Metcalfe, Ontario was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired and Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC).
The accused is scheduled to appear in a London court room on October 24, 2018.
