On September 20, 2016 at approximately 9:00 p.m., there was a disturbance on Carnaby Crescent, in Kitchener involving 3 men. The disturbance escalated to a 41 year old Kitchener male allegedly driving his vehicle at two men and into the rear yard of a residence causing damage. The male was arrested for impaired driving and several other criminal offences and held for a bail hearing. There were no injuries as a result of this incident.
