On April 4, 2014 at 10:48 p.m., the Guelph Police received a call about an erratic driver in the downtown area. Police located the vehicle and a traffic stop was conducted. The male driver was spoken to and determined to be impaired and subsequently arrested.
Phillip MILLER, 26 years of Waterloo has been charged with impaired driving and drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on April 25, 2014.
